Purposes of the Goldchristal Balancing Practice of Christine Szendi are

• Goldchristal Balancing Sessions - held live or distant, via mail, chat, telephone or skype
• Soul paintings and guardian angel paintings
• Trainings
• Workshops, seminars, lectures, online workhops
• The distribution of enertree essences
• Production and distribution of Books, CDs und VIdeos

Orders sent via telephone, E-Mail, website-form or via social media like Facebook, Twitter etc. or given during a personal talk always rest upon the acknowledgement of both sides to this terms and conditions as fundament of our agreement. Supplementation or modification needs to be done in written form. Young people unter 19 need a written declaration of content of their statutory agent (parents) to order my services. My offers are free and not obligatory and subject to mistakes during printing-process and changes in price. The value added tax needs not be separated shown on my invoices. Liability claims coming from using my website are excluded.

 

Terms of work

Goldchristal Balancing is registrated at the chamber of commerce of Austria in the field of alternative medicine, in Austria called "Energethiker". Her work does not displace the work of a doctor, a psychologist, psychotherapist or a midwife. Christine Szendi does not diagnose illnesses and work in the field of medicine as defined by law. She does not recommend any medicine and never makes a guess to stop consulting a doctor, to stop taking prescribed drugs or to stop absolving prescribed therapies. If a client has serious illness she expects the client to talk with his/her doctor about this complementing method and ask for his approbation.

Energetic work is no medical therapy, it is alternativ medicine found and developed by the angelic world and Christine Szendi, which helps clients with angel energies, with guided journeys in areas of the body, mind and soul and with angel and tree essences to find a doorway to the reasons of their problems in life and by changing them to find more harmony and consciousness. Chrisitine Szendis work and the term "healing" means balancing body, soul and mind.

 

Services

 
One session unit lasts 60 minutes. If the client arrives late, the complete session has to be payed.
Right is reserved for Christine Szendi to decline a client without giving reasons if constructive work is out of reach. If the client shows no interest in constructive collaboration during a session, she also has the right to stop the session. The price for the booked session time has to be payed fully although.
  

Terms of payment

 

Fees for soul pictures, angel pictures, phone-counseling or workshops have to be payed in advance. Live energetic work sessions have to be paid before or after the session. For books and essences you will get an invoice.

 

Cancellation and exchange

 

Cancellations of your orders over internet can be made for seven working days (except Saturday). Please send your cancellations written per Email, Fax or Mail within this period of time.

If a book or a essence was already sent to you, you have to sent the product back unused and undamaged.

Orders for soul and guardian angel paintings can not be cancelled or exchanged.

If you cannot come to a booked live-session you have to tell Christine Szendi 24 hours before the session time at the latest, otherwise you have to pay the booked time! Christine Szendi has the right to cancel sessions if there is the need to and she will try to find the next possible date with you.  There is no claim for a short therm cancellation of a session by Christine Szendi.

 

Disclaimer

Christine Szendi attaches great importance on her clients being conscious about being in charge of their life. You participate in Christine Szendis services at your own risks. Christine Szendi and all her partners which host or organize workshops together with her or for her are to be exempt of liability claims. She is not liable for costs for lawsuits, lawyers of the client or costs for the publishing of judgements or for allowes of amends of third parties.

Privacy

 

All informations given from the spiritual world or the client underlie professional secrecy. The address data you give to Christine Szendi by filling out the clients data form or any form on this website will only be used to hold contact with you as Christine Szendis client if this is in your interest. Never this address files will be given to third parties.

Copyright for this website including all pictures, graphics and words by Christine Szendi. If there are exclusions, you will find them on the site IMPRINT.
It is not allowed to use any part of this website in any kind anywhere else. The content of the website, the newsletters, the workshops, books and seminars Christine Szendis intellectual property and is given to her clients for their spiritual development. If you want to use meditations or exercises for your own work you have to ask for Christine Szendis WRITTEN permission before.

Severability clause

If any provision of these policies and regulations or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these policies and regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these policies and regulations are severable. In lieu thereof there shall be added a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid and unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.

 

Place of Execution/Place of Venue

Place of execution and place of venue is Vienna using the austrian law and this terms and conditions.
